Through the Adopt a Village: Alternative Income campaign, you can give someone a unique gift this holiday season that they will never forget! Give a goat, a pig, a cow, or a sewing machine and support a family overseas.
By purchasing an animal or sewing machine in the name of someone you care about, you will be providing an impoverished family in a developing country with a sustainable source of income, allowing them to remove their children from dangerous working conditions and send them to school.

Hey global citizens!
This is Jason, your Outreach Coordinator at Free The Children. It is incredible to see how many schools are participating in the Adopt a Village campaign and holding cool fundraisers to engage and inspire their peers.
In fact, I just talked with the Youth In Action Group at Norman Bethune C.I. in Toronto who raised $450 in two days. Congratulations! You are truly making a difference in the lives of children around the world!
